Yes you are right that by doing puja with bare feet we get many benefits as per the belief of India and Hindu mythology.
It is crucial to keep in mind that if we go barefoot for a short distance on stones, mud, and grass without wearing sandals, nature will provide us with free acupuncture treatment.
Our ancestors built a temple on a mountain and required us to visit it once a week as a health precaution. By climbing the mountain, we strengthen our lungs and our breathing muscles while also getting a decent leg work

This is a good way of looking at it, acupuncture has many benefits, it's real. And being able to procure such a benefit for ourselves personally is the best.

Have you seen recent announcement by Steemitblog related to new way of distributing TRX tokens to Steemit users? ( you can check it out here ).
I figured that you may have not seen this post and it's worth to be aware of implemented changed.
