Club5050 Contest #1 The day I got married to @georgie84

To get married in the middle of the pandemic was one of the most memorable thing happened in my life. Aside from marrying the love of my life which was the most important, the struggle of getting all things done during lockdown was very difficult and sometimes I can just remember.

As you can see from the photo above, there was joy amidst the pandemic and lockdown on our wedding day. People were happy as well for us.

At the church that supposed to be filled with the people close to us never did come to reality. All things were about to set a week before our wedding when the city government restricted movements and activities in the following week which is the week of our wedding. We supposed to get married 20th of March but we need to do it two days earlier.

The number of visitors we expected to come which was about a hundred, was only less than 20 people came. It's because we tried not to violate the restrictions policy.

The church was nicely decorated. Though almost empty seats but our hearts were full of love in overcoming trials.

But even though things were strange that time but still all went well for us. We have our both parents and my wife's closest relatives came. Those friends came as well to support us. We had @abby0207 her husband and son, and @bisayakalog and @traderpaw.

The reception was enormously wonderful with elegant decorations and nice color background and set-up. Thanks to our wedding planner for making things possible for us.

Empty seats was still filled with joy seeing those people who stayed with us during that day and celebrate with us. Though it was not our dream wedding but we are still blessed to be reunited with Christ in the sanctity of marriage.

Our wedding day was a blessing and a memorable event that was embraced with God's love and protection.
