While I did find the source of the quotation, Researcher Warns Third Booster Jab Against COVID Might Be Lethal, I can neither prove nor disprove Christian Peronne made this statement. It did lead me down some interesting pathways though.
It has been found that COVID 19 shortens telomeres
Patients with severe COVID-19 disease have significantly shorter telomeres, according to a new study. Researchers postulate that telomere shortening as a consequence of the viral infection impedes tissue regeneration and that this is why a significant number of patients suffer prolonged sequelae.

If you look at your shoelaces there is a plastic tip called an aglet that is there to prevent your lace from unravelling. A telomere is like this aglet. Once it has gone, that particular strand of DNA will unravel, resulting in the loss of reproduction of that cell. The vaccines cause the body to create an artificial Spike Protein in cells that become targets of the antibodies. The argument is that this spike protein is responsible for shortening telomeres. If this is true, then the diseases of old age (for example Parkinson's) will appear in younger people. This is definitely something that needs to be given full research. I was born in 1959 but haven't received the vaccine. I would hate that those of you in your twenties who have received the vaccine will reach old age before I do. Somehow I am reminded of the episode in Star Trek called "Miri".
Another thing that I found was the transcript of an interview conducted within the last couple of days (at the top of the post). One of the things they discuss in the transcript is that it dysregulates the "type I interferon pathway". No one dies of cold sores unless their immune system is severely compromised. If the vaccines shut down the "type I interferon pathway", I can see that what are usually innocuous infections becoming life-threatening.
Once again, they need to do further research.
