Last Warning To Bullionstackers.
The first warning was given five days ago. Obviously this is the second and last warning. He is crazily downvoting certain users' posts. @bullionstackers usually targets people who get votes from @ecosynthesizer and @italygame. One may have personal animosity but it is very unfair to take it to general users post.
If you look at his activity in the last seven days, you can see that he has downvoted many posts. Some of these posts were voted on by @ecosynthesizer and some by @italygame. In all those posts he tried to nullify the reward by downvoting.

If he does not stop his activities on our second warning, we will blacklist his account along with the accounts of his associates. He has many fake accounts in which he votes and gets rewards every day. Those accounts will also be blacklisted.
