A lot of unethical activities have been observed. This @bullionstackers is involved in many abusive activities including owning multiple accounts, abnormal vote distribution, unreasonable downvotes. He received 1 million steem power from Steemit two and a half years ago. He got the delegation to prevent abuse and support good content. But in his own community, he regularly took large amounts of voting support on some of his own accounts. But he gave very little voting support to ordinary users. We've seen that time some users have been downvoted for very minor mistakes.
At one stage, all delegations were withdrawn for such activities. But by that time he himself has gained many curation rewards. His current activities started from then. Below is some information from three months ago.

We should take proper steps against bullionstackers it's looks like he is identity theft. And down voting to someone's post without any reason is also not good for steemit ecosystem because this way we will loose many good blogger from our platform. I hope together we can stop his activity.

Serious crime committed by him. He should apologise to abuse watcher team and stop this kinds of heinous activities. For the betterment of steemit platform abuse watcher team is working hard. So everyone should co operate with abuse watcher team.

I am following his behavior on steemi many time ago. He always downvote on good projects and steemit well repu users. He is continuesly downvoting on @ecosynthesizer project. His non serious behaviour is harmful for steemit users.
