Lunch was ...

Lunch was really hearty today! I specifically picked my favorite squid and chicken cutlet, plus a few fish balls—truly a perfect meal.

It tasted great while eating, but now that the food coma is setting in, my head feels heavy and fuzzy. Turns out I ate too many carbs, total carb crash! Who can blame me though? I even had two extra bowls of rice.

今天中午午餐可真丰盛啊，特意挑了最喜欢的鱿鱼和鸡排，再加上几个鱼丸，简直是完美的一餐。
吃的时候还是很好的，现在饭劲过了，头昏脑涨，这个是碳水吃多了，晕碳！
谁叫我米饭都多吃了两碗。
