So if you read my Day 0 post you will know I am trying to recover my body.

Progress seems to have slowed a bit. That was expected and I don't see the as a negative. Of each day you are 50% better, then the daily marginal gains also get less.

My milestone today was walking alone back to the house. Considering a week ago I was struggling to walk a few metres alone, this was a great achievement.

I repeated the same route as yesterday as I didn't want to over push myself. My daily distance gains have been great over the last week. I feel my balance is really getting there.

I decided to create a table for each day's progress because it will help me to see my progression as I recover.
