December 8 2022 - Day 7 rehab
So if you read my Day 0 post you will know I am trying to recover my body.
I managed to extend my walking distance again today and like yesterday, I did part of the walk alone. I can see a bit easier up the road although still not normal. The image seems to jump around a lot buy if I concentrate I cN steady it for a moment. Strange.
I also have been noticing my nerves buzzing in my legs (or perhapsmy spine, its difficultto pinpoint). Its a strange sensation. Just feels like they are hyper sensitive.
Today I also tried 10 mins on the rowing machine. I took it lightly but it was surprisingly hard work. Somehow the control of my arms has also been damaged.
It's been a week now and I have seen some quick progress which is encouraging although I am expecting it to take time to get back to full strength.
I decided to create a table for each day's progress because it will help me to see my progression as I recover.
