Do you have a FABULOUS daughter?

I do. I don't like to tell other people that I have the best daughter - cuz I don't want them to think that their daughter is less than fab!

but...

my daughter is pretty freaking amazing hehehe

I thought she had work today, and thought that everyone was gone. Imagine my surprise when she brought all her graphic design stuff into my room and climbed into bed next to me, working next to me while I wrote and edited. hehehe

I know there will be coming a day when she is out of our house, and pursuing her own dreems. So I soak up every moment that she (and Mikey) are here. One of our favorite things to say after spending time with each other is "Hey... I had fun with you guys!" hahahaha

and it's kinda funny - cuz its just the "thing" to say. But the awesome part is - we kinda always want to be the FIRST ONE to say it cuz we mean it!!

So today - I looked over her after my eyes started glazing over with computer work. and said "wanna get a pizza?"

that was that. hehehe

We went on a drive, and LAUGHED!!! (that girl is FUNNY) and remarked how pretty the day was - windows down, perfect weather, exploring the back side of the mountain, and a new pizza place for her.

Heading back I had to get some steps in. I asked her to drop me off at the top of the mountain so I could walk back to the house (since I knew she had plans)

She said - no way. You had those weird people driving slow near you last time. I'll park at the top and we'll walk together.

She had sore feet and a cut on the back of her ankle from being on her feet for last week's crazy 25k step days for her at work hehee but she still didn't hesitate to walk with me :)
