My Actifit Report Card: May 12 2024
Hello everyone!
I had a good sleep because I changed medication for my cough. But I still wasn't able to attend our weekend meeting in person. I don't want anybody to turn their heads when I'm coughing. Good thing, the video conference is still allowed.
After meeting, we, together with my family, went to a restaurant. The queue was too long but my family chose to wait despite the inconveniences especially the hot and humid atmosphere outdoor. We're all grateful to one of my brothers living on the other side of the world. He sponsored. We rarely do this.
In the afternoon, when I was feeling a lot better, I took the chance to clean around. I also prepared our meal for supper. However, my bad cough is triggered again when I got drenched with sweat.
