Pretty much the same happening over here. This COVID-19 is really a worldwide disaster if not handled properly. Have read and seen so many articles and videos about how to effectively fight off the virus but the most sensible of all I think is keeping one's immune system at a high level. This is even more important considering my wife's condition as she is very susceptible to infections. So right now, we are loading up on Vitamin C as our frontline defender against the virus. We are all mega-dosing on this as there are studies, although not that many, that show high level of Vitamin C can kill the virus and in fact reverse the effects of the virus.
