My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2022

It was my schedule to wash my clothes yesterday. So I prepared when I woke up.

Then I cooked and eat breakfast. I also walked for 30 minutes.

For lunch, it was my sister who took charge.

But I washed the dishes. In the afternoon as always, I feed the dogs and the cat.
