My Actifit Report Card: December 26 2020

Good evening @actfit community I hope you're having a wonderful recovery day. Christmas is over and time to get burning calories.

But before I talk about my training session today I want to raise @Leofinance and @ecency with everyone as I'd love to see actfit somehow partner or get involved with these two awesome hive blockchain initiatives.

I think the financial reward provided by actfit for burning calories really fits the narrative of Leofinance. I've recently learned there are some partnerships in the works for ecency also. Be great to see something come about.

Anyway onto the training.

Today is our Boxing day ritual where we head down to Altona Beach for a pizza, coffee and well recovery. But hold onto your hats because things pick up here.

After our foods settled its off for a run around the beach, for added resistance we often run along the sand. Abit harder today. After a monumental period in lockdown and a COVID elimination everyone is out and about.

Me and lil miss 3 hit the water for some breast stroke as I try teach her to swim. Unfortunately I missed out on a few thousand steps due to my phone not being water resistant.

But wait, there's still more. Got home and we burned around the suburb on our bikes. Tahlia got a new one from Santa and its her first proper bike. Paths she once struggled on she can now burn up along. Great for me as now I can pedal along side her instead of having to run along side her.

Time to hit the home gym for a biceps and shoulders routine. My home gym is looking a little crowded as we had to move EVERYTHING into the garage to tidy the house for our Xmas shenanigans.
