My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2021

Good evening actifitters it was another day in the house of pain as I hit a monumental biceps and shoulders session. I'm getting back into the full swing of things now that things have started to settle.

I also took off for more exploring around the wet lands and found an awesome steel bridge that goes across a number of ponds and wetlands.

A great day out exploring the local area and burning off all those calories.

I'm aiming to drop back down to 82kgs and I'm on track to reaching that.

Dinner probably wasn't the best high carb but also high protein a lovely Aussie BBQ!
