My Actifit Report Card: October 22 2022

Started off with a morning run around the neighborhood. Went with the husband and pushed a bit harder to keep up with him. He wasn't going his fastest but was sweet enough to slow down for me.

Then busy day, haircut for myself and the kid. Grocery shopping. Cleaning cooking etc.

Lots of steps. Good count! We keep moving!
