Post Deliveries - My Actifit Report Card: December 15 2022

Another long day at work but it was a productive one as I now feel that most deliverables have been completed. It took a while but I was happy to end the day with them done and headed straight to the treadmill.

Decided to go for a half hour jog and a long cooldown to target my daily goal. Given the slow morning at my desk, I still had some pacing to do in the evening to get there but did at the end.
