My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2022

A beautiful summer day here in the Northern Hemisphere… a little warm and humid but still very nice.

Had a good long walk this morning but my Fitbit battery had died so I didn’t get very many steps.

Clouded over a bit in the afternoon and we could hear thunder rolling in the distance but the storm passed us by.

I think tomorrow will be another very nice day.
