My Actifit Report Card: May 1 2020
It's been a long time since I updated my fitness report. First I was busy with the baby, then whole blockchain went bonkers and then the world went bonkers.
At least for 2 weeks even the labs shut down, till we could figure out a plan. But, then we were called in to do science but only in regards for current crisis. So yeah activity has resumed. I am walking to lab everyday. Well, damn in those 14 days I thought I will gain too much weight. But thankfully I maintained my diet. Yesterday, I walked about 14K steps, to lab and back home. Oh also went to this one supermarket that is open where I can buy some veggies and this is what I cooked got myself.
So I am eating healthy, working and exercising. Sad part though is I don't take out my dogs these days. It's been a month. I wish the virus goes away soon so I can take them out too. Well that's it for now.
