My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2022

Ready to take the path again

Alright then. Done submitting thesis and I have initiated the work on my venture. I guess I have no more excuses to not exercise. So here it is me back at gym after 4 stressful months. Stress made me gain back some weight (about 5 Kgs) that I lost between Jan - Mar 2022. You know the funny thing is that I did not change my diet. If anything I was eating lesser while writing the thesis since I was so engrossed in it. So how did that happen? I have observed the weighing scale for years now, if there is one thing I have noticed, it is that to stay fit you need more than diet and exercise. You need mental well being and good sleep, or you body changes the way it processes what you eat. Now in my line of work stress is always be on the horizon. But I am gonna keep trying. The goal this time is to not just get fit but I also want a get a little ripped. So help me God! 😉

This week's update on exercise -
I have devoted 5 days to exercise. I started with cardio and did 3 variations for two muscles each day.
Monday - 15 mins cardio + Chest and triceps
Tuesday - 15 mins cardio + back and biceps
Wednesday - 15 mins cardio + legs and shoulders
Weight - 76 Kgs, measured at 5:30 pm Wednesday 20th July 2022.
