My Actifit Report Card: October 31 2022
The gym was full tonight because the coaches were there so we went to the places where the coach domonstrate how to use the machines properly and I learned a few things about the rowing boat where you have to go all the way to the end to get the pull and then release at the right time so this trick really works.
