My Actifit Report Card: November 21 2022
The gym is busy tonight and the boxing corner is open with our coach there so I stayed longer than usual and enjoyed the competition and games to help us try better in defense and in attacking at the chin do it was good practise and I had a good workout afterwards doing more punching .
