My Actifit Report Card: May 1 2021 . Uneventful day

Thank God for coffee and green smoothies! I woke up this morning tired than when I went to bed. I love doing the market but all the loading and unloading, setting up a tent and taking it down and pushing myself to make more products kicked my rear. All that, along with taking care of everything on the property finally caught up with me. I wanted to go back to bed after coffee but my veggies and herbs were drooping and begging for water. My chickens were cackling demanding to be fed and my cat meowing and begging for his food. I also had a lot of fruit and avocados threatening to rot if I didn't get them processed. So I made me a green smoothie, guzzled it down and got it all done!

This is what I made for my smoothies..A tablespoon of this with frozen bananas, avocados, a dash of honey and coconut milk added to it makes a delish, smooth and healthy pick me up!

Now it's time to pour me a glass of wine and chill out.
