A little snow - My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2025

I was up before sunrise for an early drive down to Lynx Creek for some hiking and gold hunting on a frosty morning.
It was below freezing up the the Bradshaw Mountains and the sky was showing signs of snow.

At least it was fine for the almost 3 miles trek up along the creek to today's prospecting spot. Lulu was content to explore for awhile then watch while I sorted through the cold muck for a few hours.
Soon enough the dark clouds rolled in and the temperature dropped quickly as a snow squall hit and soon were were covered with a light dusting of snow.

It was a chilly slog back up the hill to the car but the snow was short-lived and only a light coating that didn't slow us down.
Needless to say it was a tiring day but plenty of good fun and exercise.
