My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2026
Another beautiful day with sunny skies and mild conditions that were perfect for getting outdoors and putting in the steps.
Our routine morning walk was uneventful as there were no critters to catch Lulu's attention or other walkers to say hello to so the 2 miles passed by quickly.
I soon went out for a 3 mile loop through the neighboring housing development and then the much more enjoyable dirt trail along the (now dry) wash to circle back around to home.
My legs felt good after my previous day at Lynx so that is a good sign.
Our last trip was an afternoon family walk down in Old Cottonwood on the Jail Trail.
There weren't too many people out today but there was plenty of things to amuse Lulu and the gentle trail was perfect for my wife as she is trying to gradually increase her stamina.
It's nice to see lots of birds flying around but it will be even better once the towering cottonwood trees begin to leaf out this Spring
A relaxing 2 miles and a little shopping in town and now time to enjoy the evening.
