Tired today - My Actifit Report Card: December 23 2025

My legs just didn't have any energy in them today so it was a struggle to put in a mediocre 5 km run.

At least my back wasn't bothered by all of the digging I did yesterday over on Lynx Creek but I guess my running endurance is still sorely lacking right now.
The nearby woodland trail was perfect for my run - plenty of quiet turns accompanied by the little flow of water down the wash next to the trail.
At least I did put in a little bit better pace but overall not much to brag about today.
Hopefully we'll get in another nice hike in the Prescott forest tomorrow.
