Not much to report on My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2020
Most of today’s activity was achieved at work today. A relatively slow day, and our weekly supervisor meeting.
Came out of the meeting learning that our system was down... second time in a couple of weeks.
In fact it was out for 6 hours... that is not cool when you’re running a 24/7 call center. Good thing it’s a slow period. Anyway, system is up now, so hopefully we’ll be able to catch up on everything early tomorrow morning.
