Crossfit und End-of-Season-Rewards
Hallo!
Heute gab es den Start in einen neuen Monat und in eine neue Arbeitswoche. Im Büro sind mal wieder wenig Schritte angefallen. Dafür ging es dann heute Abend zum Crossfit.
Das heutige WOD (Workout of the Day) bestand aus:
5 Runden mit jeweils: (for time)
- 400 m Laufen und
- 1 Minute Push-Press (maximale Wiederholungen)
Außerdem wurden heute die ersten Workouts für die am Mittwoch beginnenden Crossfit-Games bekannt gegeben.

In der Regel werden die Workouts angepasst und dann ebenfalls bei uns durchgeführt. Ich bin mal gespannt, was uns demnächst erwartet. Auf die Crossfit-Games freue ich mich auf jeden Fall.
Neben dem Wochenanfang, und dem Hive-Power-Up-Day gab es heute auch noch das Ende der Splinterlands-Season. Ich hatte einige Goldkisten erspielt und war schon gespannt auf deren Inhalt.
Leider waren die Inhalte aber nicht wie gewünscht. Keine Legendary-Karte, keine epische Karte und keine goldene Karte. Auch das eine Pack hatte nichts besonderes als Inhalt. Tja! Hoffen wir wieder auf die nächsten täglichen Rewards.
