Thank you for your comments, it is the first time that I have cooked bread cake, I am fortunate to have direct gas and I can use all the gas I want and the payment fee is minimal annually, but don't be discouraged, it may possibly take less time of cooking, removing a little of the milk, so that it dries faster.
