This book fair is located 25 km from my home. This book fair is organized to celebrate Language Day in a better way.The venue of the book fair is decorated very attractively.

This is the entrance gate to the book fair. No ticket is required to enter the book fair. Many types of lamps are installed on this gate. I went there on the 2nd day of the 3 day book fair. I entered through this gate. The shops in this book fair were very less. Although Syedpur is a big city, bookstores have not come here. If you enter through the gate here, you will see rows of bookstores sitting on both sides. It has not been said before that literature books of any class are not available in this fair. Books of world famous authors are sold here.

Bengali versions of famous books by foreign authors are available here. I went to a book store here and looked for an Islamic book but couldn't find it.There were 15 bookstores. Although there were few shops inside, the number of other shops outside was very high. The number of girls in the book fair is relatively high. Most of the girls went there to take pictures. There, many people are taking pictures while going to the memorial of the liberation war. Here I had an acquaintance shopkeeper who told me that in 2 days he was able to sell only a few books. In the present modern era, the number of people who read books is very less.

Many food and balloon stalls sit outside the book fair gates. These shops are crowded with small children. I went to this balloon shop and asked the balloon price but didn't buy because the price was high. However, the number of girls who came wearing sarees was highest above the Liberation War Memorial. The girls are taking pictures there. All the army personnel guarding the book fair are also stationed at this memorial.Around the book fair, there are city swings and various children's swings.

One of the things I learned about visiting book fairs is this: I saw only middle-aged girls and women buying books here. The highest book price in the fair was 80 steem and the lowest was 4 steem. Those who came to travel to the fair can write down some memories there if they want.Many have expressed their feelings by writing love poems at the book fair. I have expressed some feelings for my dear people here with a token. Such a book fair really gives us a lot of joy.
