First of all I am very happy to write in this Community Steem Venezuela, It is my first step in this community for writing a review about fast food.

Fast food is by definition a mass-produced food that can be prepared and then served, very quickly.
They are an inexpensive alternative to a home-cooked meal, although they also appear to contain questionable nutritional content in most menu items.

Sandwiches, burgers, fries, soft drinks and dairy shakes are popular items found on fast food menus. It's a simple way to fit a meal into a busy schedule. If you have a busy schedule and don't have time to prepare something, grab-and-go products will ease your hunger without taking a big hit to your budget.

Moreover fast food is tasty and delicious but prepare it at home is not common in my kitchen.
My kids are very fond of fast food and we always select Densire fast food in my city. A famous fast food restaurant in my city vehari There is variety of fast foods available like Pizza . To make it easier for all of us to understand, let's figure out what kind of food belongs to to fast food .

  • food that does not take much time to prepare and does not require beautiful serving: , French fries, burgers, shawarma, pizza, fried pies, pasties .

  • food that can be quickly prepared by pouring boiling water: dry mashed potatoes, cereals in bags, powdered soups (hot mug), dry vermicelli .
  • snacks for beer: crackers, chips, nuts with seasoning .

Can you call street fast food healthy food? Many say that absolutely NO! Not? But why? Why is a bun with a cutlet and a leaf of lettuce bad? This is the right amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Friends, the truth is that the proteins in such preparations are artificially synthesized or vegetable; fats are very harmful; carbohydrates are too "fast" and give an excessive release of energy, the excess of which confidently enters our tummy, sides and buttocks.
Is it really that bad and all street food is so unhealthy to eat?

to make street food tasty, a lot of additives harmful to the body, flavor enhancers, etc. are added there. Some of them are densely deposited in the body.

  • the presence of a large amount of fat - mostly trans fats, refined. Artificial fats, when solidified, can cause serious consequences, even if consumed rarely. It would seem that such healthy food as vegetable salads, if seasoned with a large amount of fatty sauces or mayonnaise, automatically become harmful.

  • fast foods are satisfying not only because of an excess of fats, but also because of starch. The feeling of hunger quickly passes and quickly returns.

  • useless product. Very few natural ingredients, useful substances - vitamins, fiber, minerals. This applies even to instant cereals, which are so convenient for children to cook.

  • fast food is long and poorly digested. You can earn new sores (the stomach, liver suffers, diabetes can occur, and if you get carried away . So draw your own conclusions, friends, and do not believe in the myth of the existence of Diet Coke or a low-calorie hamburger made from natural ingredients - this is just another publicity stunt. But the facts say the opposite. Did you know that by eating fast foods more than twice a week, we run the risk of adding 5 kg per month, because the average calorie content of a "bad lunch" is 1500 kcal. American parents have already fully felt the harm of such food. 90% of children who eat junk food are obese. And the children love the street “sweets with soda, and if there is still a toy in the bag.

What is the way out? Few people think that there are a lot of options for full-fledged snacks that will not spoil the figure and are good for health, they can be quickly sat down and quite convenient to carry, and also purchased at an affordable price. Turn on your imagination and organize a snack from natural ingredients:

• bran buns, whole grain bread;
• dried fruits, nuts, bars of berries and dried fruits;
• low-calorie cheese and ham;
• fish;
• fruits, vegetables, legumes;
• fruit and vegetable juices;
• boiled eggs;
It must be remembered that fast food is an option for a quick snack, so you can resort to it only in extreme cases. Food in fast food establishments is too salty, sweet and fatty, it has a lot of fast carbohydrates, but almost no vitamins and useful trace elements. You can afford rare snacks in fast foods, but this should not become a habit, otherwise you will earn not only extra pounds, but also a whole “bouquet” of other diseases. The effect will be “cumulative”, you are unlikely to notice a sharp deterioration in well-being, but the consequences can be extremely severe. Fast food is especially dangerous for children, because their bodies especially need a balanced diet to ensure growth and development. In addition, children quickly get used to “junk food”, so it is much more difficult to get them to eat healthier.
