How are you, I think you are feeling well. Today I going to talk about "Water for Life". So before starting it, I like to introduce a little girl, her good name is "Pawani". She is 12 years old girl, who lives in a rural village with her father, mother and two sisters.
She is the oldest person in her two sisters. A lot of time she helps her family by collecting fireworks, cleaning the dishes, sweeping the house, and making food for her family, also loves to attend school more than Anything else. She Did it every day.

She has to walk every day around 4 to 5 km to collect water to feed her family. so early morning she has to go to the lake with her village friends with a 20-litre can. She has to wait 30 to 40 minutes to achieve her goal. After she has to collect water. they call it the lake. But only around 10 square feet have dirty water. after collecting water 💧 she starts her journey with a 20-litre can. In July and August sometimes the lake does not have any single water. That time they have to go to the forest to find a water source. After she came back home she had to be ready to go to school.

They use this water for drinking, cooking, washing and so many other things. But they managed the water source until tomorrow morning. (Story based on a true incident, names are imaginary)If we ask about "water for life" from "pawani" what will be the answer?
When we get up in bed we need water to wash our faces, prepare food, drink, barthing and many more things we need water, but most people don't know about the value of it. most people didn't feel like that condition was the same as "Pawani" did.

The Role of Water in Human Health
Water plays a key role in our body function. It maintains body temperature, protects body organs and joints and brings nutrients to cells. So I think now you have a question about " how much water should I have to drink per day?". We will see it.
The amount of water required for the body depends upon the human body weight, height, gender, age, health condition and also activity level.
◇ Man should drink 3 to 3.7 litres per day
◇ Women should drink 2 to 2.7 litres per day
◇ pregnant women should drink 2.5 to 3 litres per day
◇ Kids and teens should drink 1.t to 2 litres per day. But age, weight also activity level depend on it.

Water scarcity
Water scarcity is a rising problem all over the world. Every country trying to achieve their goal. So they trying to develop their countries. They built many more factors houses for the growing population. Due to it forest will be destroyed, breaking the water chain. This is the main reason every country trying to find solutions to it.
Water borne discases
In the world most commonly reported symptoms are vomiting, and diarrhoea and also symptoms can include eye problems, ear, skin and respiratory due to the use of dirty water. The main thing people think about is the purity of water but due to the low volume of water, they don't think about the quality or purity of water. They haven't any choice. So they have to use it. That is one of the main problems in the world some people waste water and other side people die due to water. As a human, worldwide every person should think about

Water Conservation
One of the easiest ways to water conservation is harvesting rainwater, by making lakes, ponds, and canals and also expanding the water reservoir. Another way is protecting groundwater resources. Protecting rainforests is the best way to water conservation. It helps raining cycle, so harvesting rainwater will be easy and groundwater resources also increase. That's why every government follows some policies to protect against raining forests. Is it only cared for by the government? No, you should have to think about it and save water resources.
Do you have good water service in your area?
Yes, in my area I have a reaver and also every house has a well. We can get pure water whole year. But the reaver is very dirty due to the gem mine.
