The Diary Game: Sealing My Broken Floor And Cooking Delicious Soup (29/12/2025)

I think, there are things I shouldn't be spending my money on, or how should I even put it? Like, there are things I shouldn't be paying someone to do it for me because my dad taught me how to do them right from when I was still a kid. This morning, I tried to carry my heavy cylinder outside so I can attend to a customer, that was when I saw that the floor had broke so I went to the nearby cement shop and bought cement, came back and mixed it then I sealed the broken floor.

It was quite relieving that I was able to do that all by myself especially trying to pay someone that night end up charging you more than he should. I went back and mixed the cement again just so I can fix the one at the backyard because I think that was done by rat or any of these rodents.

When I finished fixing the floor, I washed my hands and went inside the shop to go and attend to my customers fully. It was like people weren't even coming for cash, I started to think if cash was really that much on circulation that most people came for transfers and airtime and also most of the people came to fill their gas.

The cash I used to exhaust by 12pm, I was only able to exhaust it by 3pm so I decided to go to the bank while they didn't close and get some cash so I can come and serve my customers. When I got some cash, I came back to my shop and began to attend to my customers.

By the special grace of God, I was able to finish up the cash before 5pm, then I packed up and then got my own little cylinder filled and I went back home. On my way, I bought few items I will be using to cook afang soup. I got home, and was even expecting my daughter just to go back and remembered my daughter was still with her granny.

When I got back home, I began to prepare the food alone and since I was the only one to eat it, I just didn't prepare much of it. When I finished preparing the soup, I dished and made garri and then I ate with it. It was so delicious to say the very least. When I finished eating, I took my bath and got dressed.

We have end of the year crusade that will last till the very last day of the year which will be on Wednesday. I left the house and went to church. We had so much people in attendance even those that do not attend our church. The number of attendees was so impressive. I went to the media and got the camera and began to take some shots.

After the service, I stayed back and arranged back the chairs because people had danced and scattered them. I swept the church and then I went back home to go and rest. When I got back home, I called my mum and takes to her and also called my daughter, we talked for a while before I told her I needed to go to bed.
