Cyber bullying is an offense that needs to be addressed quickly because the rate it is escalating to now is so alarming that if care is not taken it will get to another level. It has a way of traumatizing the said victims and probably lead to something worse like suicide. It is really a shame that people are just out there bullying others on social media platforms.
