Good morning or good evening or whatever time you find yourself my dear friend. It is a beautiful morning and the day is very promising. I hope you all had a very good night rest?? Mine was awesome and give all glory to God.

It is has been more than a year I have been through the steemit platform and I must confess to you it has been a period of learning, corrections and becoming a better a blogger. I must tell you I have learned that learning is a process and it will travel with you till the end. I have learned from both old and new users .This takes humility and you must be ready to accept that .Through theses months I have gathered a few tips which I believed have been behind the growth of most reputable bloggers and myself to a little extend and that is why I share with you . Stay with me as I take through...

1. Change your mind set.

Dear steemian the first and most important step to becoming a successful blogger is to have a mindset which says steemit is not get rich quick scheme but a plat form meant for dedicated and consistent content creators. Yes the rewards will come but you must be passionate about writing to be able to pull through in this plat from if not I will advise to stop and have a rethink.

2. Pick a blogging topic and plan.

Yes you must a blogging topic, an area of interest that you are so passionate about It could be one or more but the more the better. this will enable you have a blogging plan .For example I am passionate to learn about crypto and that is why I read more on that and my posts are always oriented mostly on crypto writing .I am also passionate about women empowerment so I also make posts that are tilted towards that direction ..choose what you are passionate about ..

3. Consistency.

A reputable is that person who constantly delivers .you do not write today and they see you after one month and stuff like that. You must be ready to blog regularly to keep the ecosystem healthy and alive. Let me tell you why it is important. When posts are curated new coins are generated and that is what ensures continuity of the ecosystem. Imagine everybody stops posting that means the production of steem will ceased to continue/ that is the simplest way I can put it to you . So you see how important it is to generate new posts.

4. Stay connected to you circle and ask when you find difficulties.

Maintaining contact with your community members is as important as being connected to your own family. This is where your information comes from. Do not lose them be supportive and delegate if u can. The rule is simple. It is a win-win situation. You support to be supported.

5. Be submissive and learn from others.

A full cup cannot hold more water, so fill empty to get more knowledge. Be submissive enough to ask questions from those who have been there and learn from them. Listen more and also be of help to others if you can.

6. Stay active in the platform.

The most and important way to stay active in the platform is comment on others posts, not just any kind of comments but engaging comments and also spend time up voting others post .. Do that always and you get same in return and you will enjoy staying in the platform.

7. Do not complain for up votes.

When you do that your chances of you been ignored is high and you may end up end up being frustrated. Stay cool and be patient. You turn will come.

8. Improve the quality of your posts.

In the beginning we may not produce very quality contents and but learn to improve and stay far away from plagiarism.

9. Learn to make your cover photos very attractive .

That is the first door to your post. The quality of your posts sometimes is judged from your cover photo. Be creative in that area .

10. Be generally creative.

You can stick to one style of writing and expect your readers to keep reading your posts. Always write with much sense of humour this lure your reader to stay on your post much longer.

11. Use the right tags.

Tags are are like keys to find your posts by curators easily. Tags enable curators to fetch your post very easily. I cannot count many of posts were not curated because I used the wrong tags.

12. Always visit the #steemitblog for constant updates.

Steemit is a dynamic platform and the #steemitblog guides users time to time on what to do .so always keep glued to the main administrators for constant information.

13. Practice saving for rainy days.

By doing so you must belong to at least club5050, club75 or club 100. Restrain from powering down.
