Hello guys,
It's a pleasure announcing to you guys about my 8 days count down to officially clock ⏰ a year on this steemit platform. I will briefly explain my stay here on steemit right from day1 when I created my first post and how far I have come till now.
Looking at my screenshot above, you realize that this account was created on the 1st of April 2021 at exactly 6:32 AM West African Time in the morning. Despite creating the account, I couldn't post anything on it because I had 0% knowledge about this platform.
It was until 21st Of April, that is 21-days later when I had to meet @njiatanga and @yeesja because I knew about steemit through them. After meeting up with them, they both directed me on how I could write my achievement1 task. Behold, that day I finally published my first content on steemit which was My achievement1 task. After creating my achievement1 task, that is when my steemit career began.
I started this journey very slowly because I knew nothing about this platform and more to that, @njiatanga who introduced me was a country representative by then and he was extremely very busy because he was recruiting Steemians on daily basis together with @yeesja at our NGO office at Ntarikun because I was working at the NGO by then. So he couldn't be attending to me all the time and that made me face alot of difficulties hence I had no choice than to learn the hard way.
There was a time i won't be able to post, comment nor vote on a post which I never understood what was wrong by then, when this usually happens, I feel extremely very discouraged and I will ask @njiatanga what was actually the problem, he told me that my Resource credit is very low and I could only wait for about 24 to 48hrs before it recharges again.
I always feel bad when ever this happened until I had to tell him that I won't longer vote nor comment on any Steemian's post again but he said that will be very bad of me. He instead directed me on the amount of votes and comments I should engaged my self on daily basis since I had very low steem power as seen from the screenshot below my account when I was still a newbie
The worst thing is that I never knew that this platform strictly forbids plagiarism. This made me fall a victim as I was caught with a plagiarized content under @Steem-LIFE community. Here is the plagiarism link. This made me feel very bad and pushed me to go through the newcomers community and proceed with my achievement3 task. I then engaged my self in completing my achievement task and was verified a pro newcomer with high rating. Ever since then, I have never plagiarized any content again because I understand extremely very content etiquette.
From there, I started going through older Steemians accounts and seeing how they have been successfully, this made me to work extra harder so as to be a successful Steemian one day. Due to this, I had to post contents across several community by participating in so many contests. This made me to gain favour from steemcurator01 as he had to be constantly supporting me. As seen from the screenshot below
The screenshot above shows my first support from curator01. At that time, I could published 5 post a day and over 6 post a month which is what I'm still wandering how I usually do that. But thank God for always giving me the strength wisdom and knowledge to blog because when I join this platform, I never knew I could blog constantly
The good thing is that I took steemit as my official blogging site which have made me to continually be active ever since I publish my first post which is my achievement1 post. This have made me to achieve a lot of great things in this platform and that can be seen from the screenshot below
The screenshot above shows my remarkable achievements which I have achieved on this platform as a results of hardwork, perseverance, prayers and commitments.
My best moment on this platform happened to be when I officially became a dolphin by hitting 5k SP. Woow what a remarkable achievement. This happened just a week ago. Ever since then I have been extra motivated and working harder to achieve another milestone of 10k SP soon.
Another best moment of me is when I'm helping my fellow Steemians(especially the newbies). As I said, I learned most things on this platform through the hard way because there was no wan to direct me on most things here since by then @njiatanga was a very busy man. So this made me to learn the hard way which turn out to be an advantage for me. So I basically Know most problems newbies are facing and always willing to help them out because I don't want them to surfer the way I suffered when I signed up.
Below I will show you the difference between my account before and my account so far which shows a great improvement as I have achieved so much so far
You guys can see from my account before and after that my journey have been good and I will keep on improving and building my account to high level because I'm still aiming high to achieve great things here
I will conclude here by sending a message across all the newbies. Y'all should be committed, consistent and most of all try to post quality and original contents so as to attract curators on your post. From there, I think you guys will never depart from steemit because of the goodness that will follow you
NB: I, @chiabertrand is out to help and assist any newbie to grow in this platform. So y'all can contact me should incase you will need my help morally, physically, mentally or even financially. I'm out to help and assist y'all to grow and be an outstanding Steemian in future
Thanks for your time guys, I'm sorry I couldn't share my full story of my steemit career because it's just too much but hope someone from somewhere will be inspired with this one
My regards: @chiabertrand

It has really been an amazing journey. The issue of resource credits is what has held most of us down in our beginnings and also the issue of plagiarism 😅. At least we learn of our mistakes and we grow. You're a perfect example of hardwork on the platform.
Your CSI is amazing, your power ups are impressive and you are a #club75 member.
Keep the good job up.
Steem on!
