At wedding reception
Greetings friends,
It's another amazing to engage in my dairy activities for the day and today was quite and interesting day as we had a wedding in church and me having a part to play as concerns the marriage made the day more hectic.

At The Cyber,
Waking up i was pretty much tired from the previous day work and program but nonetheless i had a much more heavy program ahead today and time wasn't at all on my side as i had many things to catch the same day.
I had to first of all catch an appointment i had with someone at the cyber by 10:30am but before that i had to iron the dresses i'll wear for the wedding. After the ironing i rushed to the cyber as the person was already waiting for me.
Reaching there we had a chat on some stuffs and i also share to her about steemit and we had a program on Monday the coming week for me to help her get on steemit. After that, i had to reach out for a haircut so i won't look bushy at the wedding and more to that as a pianist i'll be seating where it'll be visible to everyone so i had to mush go for the haircut before heading back home to get set for the wedding.

Normally the program had to begin at 1pm and as instrumentalists we had to be there at least 30mins earlier to setup up our instruments and arrange the sound but before i could get done with the haircut, it was already almost 1pm. That didn't bother me that much cause i knew the program would start at least from 3pm onwards.
So leaving the saloon i headed home to get things ready and start going for the wedding.

Heading For wedding,
Before heading for the wedding i had to first past by my uncle's place and collect my choir uniform which we're suppose to put on for the wedding and that journey alone took me to almost 2pm and that was when i got calls and messages from my guys in church telling me people are already around so we had to start animating already.
Leaving my uncle's place i had to rush to church and got there at almost 3pm and went straight to the piano and we started animating those already around with some music.

In Church,
The program started quite late and the activities went on pretty well then we later had the groom arrive and later on the bride. We had a message from our church pastor on marriage after which the marriage was blessed by our pastor and the pastor who was invited for the ceremony.
The church wedding ended at around 7pm in the evening and now we had to head for the reception which was suppose to hold in the quarter. Before heading for the reception, we had to first head home and have a change of cloths and straighten our dresses before heading for the reception.
Since i live far i just had to go to my friends house which was nearby and we had our change of cloths there and got ready to go for the reception. It was already past 9pm when we got ready to head for the reception and serious rain started falling so we just had to hide ourselves somewhere and wait to get a bike with an umbrella to take us there.
Standing under a shade we spent more than 30mins there and got to find a bike when the rain became a bit lighter.
On reaching there, we thought we were very late but to our greatest surprise, the program at the reception had not even started. We waited for the bride and groom till around past 11pm that's when the reception program started quite late.
The ladies and men of honor had their dance procession then the community chief entered then the bride and the groom. Before they could settle down and the program actually start, it was already past 12am which was already Sunday. Some people who were already tired of waiting left while others left immediately the bride and groom made their entering since it was already late into the night and Douala keeping late nights it a bit risky.
That's how the day ended and we continued with the reception which was already into a new day.
