Club100. The Diary game: 22/04/2023

I am here again to share with you how I expirienced the Muslim feast of the Ram in the City of Bamenda and how i spent the entire day. 22/04/2023

MORNING

I am not a Muslim and so i did not know the importance of this great event to the Muslims and the Muslim community as a whole. On the this fateful day, i left the house as early as I could so as to catch up with teaching some Lawyers coleaques Computer and office work.

When I got to the office, my students were available and so i gave them lectures and gave them a small quiz to write. This was about 10am. I went inside the office and allowed them at the reception since that is where we attend the computer lessons.

Few minutes after, i started hearing some noise on the street of commercial Avenue. It should be noted that our office Is at NFC Bank Building Commercial Avenue Bamenda.

While inside, i discovered that the noise had added and sounds of bikes and people chanting on the the streets. There was alot of Fanfare and so i decided to rush out and check what was happening.

From the Balcony, i could see everything and it was a beautiful sight to behold.

So many activities were going on at thesametime. Children were infront though not in a straight line followed by traditionalist and lots of Displays and then the Sariki who is like their Boss.

AFTERNOON

After feeding my eyes all these while with activities that were going on, i left together with another guy to go and check a land that was on sale. It was really far from town so we had to use a car to get there.

I had never been to this village before and so the plavenwas strange to me. The road was really rough and unfriendly. We managed and went up but did not reach where we were rushing to as the stretch of road leading to the place was not accomodating.

We parked arounda a cattle rearers hut and went on foot.

It was like an adventure to me as we got there and the area was so green and beautiful. I hope you know how green some cattle grazing fields are.

We checked the land and headed back to town as it was very far.

EVENING

We rode through the bompy road and went down to town. It was easier this time as we were decending. We got back to Station at 6pm and headed down town.

By 9pm I was back home. Watched a few movies and news of the spacex startship being launched
