RE: What we need to know about blood groups.

in Steem Cameroon4 years ago

Thanks so much for sharing bro its really important to know our blood groups, nowadays many people careless about it and they focused on money at the end no child or have complications then they start blaming grandmothers and aunts in the village. I really encourage you to do more of this and I wish to ask you this " what are real effects or outcomes to be specific if the blood that do not match ?" E.g. the effects of boyA and girl OB, and boyRh+ve and girlRh+ve can not be same what are they please ?

Thanks for taking time to go through my post I must say am overwhelmed. Now to your qtn for a cross btn Rh+ and Rh+ is not advisable bc if during her second pregnancy and the child turns out to be a Rh+ carrier then the child might eventually die bc the mother's Rh antibodies will see the Rh proteins on the baby's blood cells to be foreign so they will diffuse into the baby's blood stream and initiative an attack on the cells which causes the cells to swell and rupture releasing bilirubin which can destroy the babies brain cells leading to mental retardation, deafness etc.
