Steem Cameroon Best Day Contest: 18/03/2022

Greetings steemit friends and welcome to my post on this edition of best day contest. I almost missed out on this week's contest. You know when you are too anxiously waiting for a particular thing it might come and go without you noticing.

I am going to titled this weeks contest; MY COLLEAGUE'S BABY SHOWER. The whole of last week was so excited and busy. The 11th of March was the best out of the other week days because it ended up in a celebration.

I got up from bed this day very thankful to God my creator for making me a part of this. Many people have longed to see this particular day but couldn't but i was part of it not because I was special or better than them but because of God's special grace upon my life. So I am forever grateful to God for this reason and many.

I left the house to town already prepared to leave from there and go to my colleague's house. By moon is was done and was heading to foncha street nkwen for the occasion. By 1pm I was there and some few colleagues. We now waited for the rest of the people to come.

By 2pm everyone was present and and the occasion started proper with a word of prayers. Due to the prompt nature of the visit we didn't buy a gift for the baby eventhough the parents prefer the gifts in cash form. It was agreed that the gift would be made available the following working week which we did.

It was time for reception and we ate to our satisfaction as there was enough to eat and drink. After this we all start heading home.
I arrived safely and that was how I called it a day.
