The Diary Game: 14/03/2022

Greetings steemit friends and I hope we're doing well today. Welcome to this edition of my diary game. Monday the 14/03/2022 happens to be a day i spent at home with my family.

This day for some years now have been observed as a ghost town day in Bamenda and so i am getting used to it. I have set out this day to keep the house in order since I have been busy throughout the whole week.

On this particular day I didn't bother myself to get up early but by 8am I got up from bed. Since I was late getting up i went straight to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. It took me just 30 minutes to do so and it was served.

I later on start thinking of what I was going to prepare for that day and what came to mind was koki. Since everything was at my disposal I took out the koki beans and started washing. I am having a hand machine so looking for where to grind wasn't a problem. I finished washing the beans and while I was preparing spices, my mother in law was mixing up the koki beans while others were cleaning the house.

We shared every task of preparing the koki to everyone in the house since it takes time to prepare. Others were grinding, some were pilling plantains that was to be eaten with the koki.

In less than 2hours everything was set and we arranged it in a pot and used the outside kitchen in cooking. It took another two hours to cook and that was what I served as launch for that day.

Later in the evening i learned my few things in the house, took my bath and called it a day. This particular day I work myself a lot because I hardly have time within the other week days to do certain things.
