As a human-being we all are our body receives the nutrients it needs to function properly from a balanced diet. Our bodies are more vulnerable to illness, infection, weariness, and poor performance without a balanced diet.

For a healthy balance diet, the following underlisted nutrients are very important.

In order for you to maintain a healthy diet, you should avoid or limit taking the following underlisted foods:

Fruits: are very important for our health as it's help us to digest our food very fast. Seasonal fruits grown locally are more nutrient-dense and fresher than imported fruits.
