The Diary Game: Attending Church With My Daughter And Cooking 28-12-2025

Hello ladies and gentlemen of steemit, how are you all doing? It's still your friend, @joychi102 and I am here to share my Sunday's diary with you all.

I went to church today with my daughter, I went to the headquarters while my husband with to the local church with my son. I was invited to the child dedication of one of our members. She is very closed to me that was even why I had to go that far to church.

The service was a very long one and as such we came back home around 2pm. When we came back to the house, my husband and son were back already, infact they had finished eating and they were taking their nap. My husband wasn't going to open the shop today and I loved it because he would get himself so busy and wouldn't even care to rest.

I had to dish food and gave to my daughter and I also ate as well. When we finished eating, I joined them in the nap they were having. All of us spent our Sunday together at home and it's one of the best thing I have experienced this week already.

When we all woke up around 4 in the evening, I measured some cups of rice and prepare it as jollof rice. It was the decision made by everyone so I went with that. After I finished cooking, I dished for the kids and dished for myself and that of my husband. We ate till we were all satisfied before I went out to go and buy plantain.

So, when it was really into late evening, I went outside with the kids and we stayed there waiting for my husband to come back home from one of his friend's place that invited him home. We were having a good time not untill I had to go inside and check if my fridge had blocked, on coming outside, I noticed that my daughter was still outside playing, I called on her to come inside so she can bath and go and haver her sleep while waiting for my husband to come back home.

When my husband came back to the house, I took my bath and also had my night wear on. We watched television as a family and since they took the light ,I went outside again so that fresh air can touch me and also so that I can stay here and write my diary before going back inside.
