How I satisfy my cravings with this my homemade high protein chicken pizza
What inspired me to make this chicken pizza at home? |

I really love pizza, But the more I eat the normal regular pizza in the restaurants, the more I feel like I am not giving my body the things it needs because of how unhealthy they can be.
I have tried making wheat and oat pizza before, which I posted on my page, thinking it was going to be a better option, but it didn't feel healthy enough for me, especially knowing that wheat has gluten.
I wanted something healthier and better for my body and soul. 😂 So I started doing research online on how to make a healthier version, something high in protein and very tasty.
That's how I came up with this high-protein chicken pizza. And guess what? It tastes more delicious than what I expected it turned out to be the best homemade pizza I have ever made at home.
How did I make it high in protein? |

To make it high in protein, I had to be intentional about the ingredients since I want it to be healthy and tasty. I made use of minced chicken breast I mean, I blend my chicken breast with my blender.
I used the minced chicken breast as the dough. Shocking, right? 😂 I was shocked too, but it came out so well. I marinated the chicken breast properly with my spices to give it that tasty flavor before using it as my dough.
And I added my tomato sauce with my toppings, also with mozzarella cheese. All the ingredients made the pizza so rich in protein and delicious.

For the dough, I used minced chicken breast as the base because I want it to be high in protein and not the regular flour pizza dough, you know.
I marinated the chicken breast with paprika powder, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder, and onion powder just to give it that nice flavor and taste.
For the toppings, I made use of yellow, green, and red bell peppers to add more crunch and nutrients.
I added tomato sauce in order to give that pizza feel, and I finished it off with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese because what's pizza without cheese now? 😂 The ingredients are so simple, healthy, and straightforward.

It really satisfies my cravings it tastes better than what I expected, and I feel so good while eating it also. It's so delicious, and it makes me feel so full faster than the regular pizza.
Just looking at it alone makes my mouth watery. If you are like me and love to recreate recipes in a healthy version, this recipe is a must-try for real.
