Construction site

Sometime last year, I happened to come across these young men in a Construction site. They were molding blocks that would be use to continue working on a building behind there - mixing cement with shovel and pan in the traditional way.

Despite the hot sun that came out later, they were energetic and consistent with their work. I think they had a target which they needed to attain that's why they were focused. Each with his own specified task.
