The Diary Game: Enjoying My Christmas Eve [24/12/2024]

Good day my friends here and a happy Christmas eve to you all, I just can't wait till tomorrow to celebrate the birth of Christ but before then let me just share my today's diary, follow me on this memory lane, it will be worth it.

When I woke up by 8am, my entire body was aching, it wasn't that I was sick or something, it's just stress I couldn't sleep last night, so I took my bath after saying my prayers, brushed my mouth and went to get some stuffs for breakfast, just then my friend told me to wait at her shop so she can come give me my Christmas present, so I had to wait for her.

When she came back, she handed me a piece of senator material to me, I was very happy, I am not going to reveal it till I have sewn it, I appreciated her even when she doesn't celebrate Christmas but she always find something befiting to give me every Christmas.

When I went back home, I bought macaroni on my way back home and prepared it to eat for breakfast and that was what I took for breakfast because I cannot come and kill myself.

When I finished eating, I went out to my sister's place to go get my Christmas rice we all contributed money to buy. So I boarded a kekenapep to her place, this guy was driving as fast as the keke could carry him but I was scared because I have been hearing of accidents happening on Christmas eve due to careless driving, we all shouted and asked him to slow then he slow down and within some minutes I was at my sister's place.

When I reached my sister's place, she wasn't home, so I called her to know where she was and she told me she was in the market and really she was going to waste much time because she was shopping against tomorrow and the weekend, I couldn't wait for long then I went back home.

On getting back home, I quickly changed into something else then used that bathroom and when I came out I was refreshed so I sat down and wrote my first post for the day on steemit and when I was done, I just dropped my phone and went to bed.

Waking up by 4pm, I was hungry, so I didn't want to eat anything at home, just to give myself a special treat, I went to the restaurant near my street, there I bought afang soup with two wraps of garri, though expensive but it was worth the price, atleast let me just eat out for a long time, I deserve it.

When I came back, I took my rubber and went out to go fetch water, I didn't have enough water that will take me till tomorrow so I needed to get it, you never can tell if they will open water spots tomorrow.

After fetching water, I sat outside till they brought light and I went inside and turned on my television and watched old action movies till I got bored and felt like going to bed then I had to share my diary before going to bed. So my friends till my next diary, do well to stay safe and be good out there. Merry Christmas my friends!!
