Greetings to steemworld!

Happy Sunday to you'll!
I had good plans of today as I hoped to meet my dear friend @wirngo as I have been promising and failing to visit her, but today, it was going to be different.

Morning Activities

I got up this morning by 6:00 Am and did laundry and made breakfast before going to church, after church i heated bitterleaf soup I had prepared a day before and made fufu-corn and that was our lunch.

For the record, we've not had lights for a week because of a fault in our transformer. I barely use my phone at night and most of the times nowadays, the network provider I'm using us very poor that I search for network all round my home. These days, it's been worst coupled with no lights so I couldn't post nor comment on others posts.

I had earlier WhatsApp @wirngo in the morning informing her about my coming to her place today but she wasn't online and my phone went off because it wasn't fully charged yesterday. I had copied her number somewhere and that's how I mastered her number. I prepared myself and my son but wasn't able to take pictures because my phone was off.

Afternoon Activities

I had her direction the last time we spoke and I told her I was going to come but didn't so I left my house and just about 5minutes later 😔😔😔😔😔😔, something happened, I slumped and fell down and had some bruises on my thighs and elbow,😭 so painful right! Don't guess wrong, and yes! I was carrying my son on the side of my hand I fell down on😔, he started crying and that's how my visit to her house paused.

I used my neighbor's phone and called her and she told me she was rushing to come and meet me at the junction where she had directed me. Her dad was admitted at a hospital and she was coming and I explained to her why I couldn't reach her house again, and she immediately told me she was going to come over instead to check on us. Oh ! How thoughtful of her 🥰.

I washed the bruises and applied Betadine on the bruises and the pain was unbearable but offcourse grown-up don't cry. My son fell asleep and I put him to bed. I could still hear him sups up in his sleep as I laid besides the bed to him.

Evening Activities

He slept so long for about 3 hours and I heard a knock at the door, on reaching outside, I saw beautiful @wirngo standing outside and welcomed her right inside. We discussed and I was happy having her and finally meeting her face-to-face. She encouraged me too on being active on the platform and offcourse I'm heeding to her advice as she understood with me why I wasn't really active.

As I was discussing with her, boooom our lights came, they had fixed the lights and I was so happy.

After about an hour, I left to see her off and we took some photos, that's when I could even take pictures today , remembered I earlier said my phone was off and I didn't charge up. I then placed my phone on charge as we left the house.

Thanks to the steemit platform, I'm able to meet beautiful people whom I wouldn't have met if I wasn't on steemit. Once a while, it's a bond full experience meeting one another to encourage and motivate the other.
