Food stuffs from my mother

I'm a very lucky person, right from birth I have always entered the right hands, not quite long when my mother in-law brought some food stuff for us . Today my mother brought another one.

Today started with a call from my mother, she told me she will be coming to AbA in Abia state to buy something, she told me not to buy Garri that she will be bringing Garri for me today. I was so excited because the cost of garri presently is heartbreaking. Not that the thing is so fine but still they are selling it at a higher price.

I did my morning chores and I was waiting for the waybill to be done. It was not long my mother called me again that she have given my number to the driver when he gets to my state he will call me for pick up.

I waited till afternoon ,normally from AbA to Uyo my place of residence is roughly 3-4 hours journey.

Afternoon

Around 1.30 pm . The driver called me that he has arrived the park, immediately I called my Keke man to come take me down to AKTC park

On my way to the park, I snapped this popular flyover, the down was stocked because today happens to be the biggest market day in Uyo (Itam market)

Slowly every car was moving until we passed the market place.

I arrived safely to the park, as I was about calling the diver to know the exact place I can locate him ,he saw me and call me to come carry my stuffs. I thanked him for work well done and he handed the heavy bag to me.

Evening

My evening was taking a good shape already. Who will it be? Though I was tired I told the Keke driver to drop me at the road side where I can get coconut water to drink

I asked the seller to cut the one with enough water for me to drink. He cut and gave me to drink. At that point strength automatically came in.

When I got to the house, everything was almost home apart from meat and fresh pepper. I went out again to get them so that I can prepare soup for the family .

When I got to the market I changed my mind to making vegetable soup. So I bought some waterleaf and pumpkin leafs.

Here is my fresh looking,yummy vegetable soup just like it should be. With my condiments that gave it the final taste.

The face looks attractive right? That is exactly how the taste is.

I'm so happy to have my mother by my side, she is always there for me, it only takes a caring mother to remember the children even when they are married. Mama even though you are not(on Steemit) the world will know that you are one in a million . God bless you and may his face shine upon you . Amen, I love you mama .
