Hello, beautiful Steemians. Merry Christmas in advance to you all. Today I'm going to share with you how I prepare my porridge beans with plantain. The ingredients I will be using include beans, plantain, onions, palm oil, vegetables, crayfish, salt, pepper, and cube seasoning.

Boiled beans, onions, vegetable, crayfish and plantain

Here are the steps I used in preparing the meal.

  • I prepare all my ingredients: that is, I pick my beans, wash them, and boil them; peel the plantain and cut it into the shape of my choice; cut the onions; cut my veggies; pound my crayfish; and make them all available for use.

  • When the beans were soft for consumption, I brought them down from the fire to filter out the water. This is to prevent me from purging or having a stomach ache after eating.

  • After the filtration I placed a pot of plantain on the fire and added a small amount of water in it and covered it to boil.

  • After some minutes I added my filtered beans into the plantain and then added onions, crayfish, salt, pepper, and cubed seasoning to it, and I stirred and covered the pot and waited for a little while before adding oil and the vegetables. Then I stirred again, and my delicious meal was ready to be served.

This is one of the simplest and easiest ways I use to prepare my delicious porridge beans without stress.

Thank you.
