"Steem Cameroon Best Day Contest - 10/02/2024

Actually there is no any best days for our life. We should make our days best based on our vision. Every moment which we are living on this earth is a best moment. Because we are alive. Based on my vision the best day of my last week, I can say it was 10/02/2024. Now I am going to tell you why it was the best day of the last week.

As I am a food lover, one of my favorite food is egg roti. When I am in my home my mother makes agg roti for me. Other than that if I am going anywhere I prepared for eating egg roti with chicken curry. But after moved to India for my further studies I couldn't found egg roti as I like. So I wanted to make egg roti as my usual tast. I was able to achieve that, on the day I mentioned above.

On that day I told my best friend Darshana to help me on making egg roti. So he gave me the full support to make egg roti.

First we provided the ingredients which we want to prepare egg roti. For making egg roti these are the ingradients.

Then we mixed wheat flour with water as much as need. Then added salt and coconut oil. After mixing those things we made small flour balls and kept it for tanned within two hours. Then we made a small stove outside our room. Because we don't have facilities inside our room to make egg roti. After two hours we started to burn roti.

It is happy to say that, I was successfully made egg roti as I like. But this is the first time I made egg roti in my own. This is a picture of egg roti which I made with the help of my friend Darshana.

On that day we don't needed to make chicken curry. Because on that day our institution's kitchen supplied us chicken curry. We enjoyed our delicious egg roti with chicken curry.
