Really nice post and the pictures you have shared and your lifestyle is just outclass I think this is main nutrients we should used not only chicken mutton but the main fiber in our diet is vegetable and fruit.
This keeps you young healthy and as well as your skin as well remain healthy and young.
If we see the Asian countries the most important part of their diet is vegetable and fruits that keeps young healthy and more energetic.
